North Idaho Mountain Outfitting, LLC began operating in 2005 by Travis Clemenson and family. The dream of carving a living out of the mountains did not die out with the old trappers from the past. This dream has directed my life ever since I can remember. Nothing has brought me more satisfaction than helping someone tag their trophy, or just have an unforgettable time in the mountains. Our crew is made up from the very same idea. Hunting is not our hobby, but it is our way of life.

When you come on a trip with us, I guarantee that we will do everything within our grasp to give you the best hunt of your life. We are qualified, and stand proudly behind that statement. Whether you are a seasoned hunter or this is your first time in the field, you will be equal in our field.

Our Camp

Trophies and Taxidermists: North Idaho Mountain Outfitting are specialists in the handling of trophies. All of our heads are properly caped or frozen to insure they arrive at the taxidermist in excellent condition. We can deliver your trophy to our preferred taxidermist, or prepare it for your favorite taxidermist back home. If you choose to take your trophy home with you, we urge you to make sure your taxidermist does quality work and has examples of the type of animal you are to bring to them.

Meat Care: You can be assured that your game meat will be properly handled by our experienced guides. We will deliver your meat to a meat processing plant, or quarter it for you to take home to be processed.
